Chateau Bois Pertuis 2016 offers us a garnet robe supported and brilliant. The nose is fruity-spicy and complex with aromas of cassis, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it is an ample, balanced wine, with notes of blueberry jam, mocha and vanilla. The finish is persistent with a spicy touch. Food & Wine Pairing: Serve on grilled beef flank, lamb skewers or a tray of cheeses. Serving condition: Between 16oC-18oC Preservation : 5 years with evolution of the sensory profile.
